If you go from the file to the vacancy database, you can add vacancies to your dossier. You can add this in two ways, if this is allowed by your role.
After opening the details, you can select this vacancy as a preference or reservation.
Afterwards you will receive a notification to return to your dossier to complete the activity. If you miss this notification you can always return using the back arrow in the top left of your screen.
If you are allowed to add preferences, you can also add more than one at the same time by selecting one or more vacancies.
After you have set these preferences, they will be visible in the preferences tab where you can adjust the priority of preferences. Click here for more information about how to do this.
If your educational institution allows you to submit your own vacancy, you can do so using the plus sign. You then give your vacancy a name and select the organization and contact person where your assignment will take place.
