This is the activity for recording an agreement in your dossier.
An agreement always contains the starting date and end date of the assignment; these can be modified.
Additionally, you can set the hours, the working days and the job function.
As well as recording this core data, you can select the appropriate contacts. They will often already have been picked depending on the vacancy, but you can also change the contact if necessary. Whether you can do that depends on the process.
In addition to the core data, you can also record any extra descriptions, collaborative work and other arrangements in the agreement. These may be used when drawing up the contract.
If the organization is part of a partnership, that will also be shown in this activity.
For MBO students (upper secondary vocational education), information about the organization’s accreditation may be shown at the bottom of the activity.
Once everything has been filled in, you can complete the activity and the agreement will be prepared in your dossier.
