OnStage has a new user interface! We hope you really like it!

This new user interface has been made so that you will be able to use it better on your mobile. It also implements new standards that allow users with disabilities or limitations to use our application better.

Menu

The screens have the same structure for both your mobile and your laptop but will show certain details differently depending on the space available. When using your laptop, you will for instance always see the quick navigation menu on the left, but on your mobile you will need to use a button at the top left to call up that menu.

Actions

The top right of the screen always contains actions that you can carry out such as saving, refreshing, adding vacancies to dossiers and so forth. The actions shown depend on what you are doing at that moment.

FAQ

If you have any questions about the new user interface, click a question mark anywhere in the screen and that will take you to an FAQ question that is specifically about that issue. You can also always find an overview of all the help questions and the instructions here in the FAQ. Note: your educational institution may have extra instructions about using OnStage that may still be based on the old user interface.

Feedback

We will be pleased to hear what you think of our new user interface, so you can use the feedback button from the menu at any time to tell us what you think using a short feedback form. We’d like to thank you all in advance for all the input you’ve given us!

Finally, you can always go back to the old user interface using the button provided for that purpose in the menu. Please let us know why you prefer to keep using the old interface – that will let us improve the new version even more for you!
