Backoffice dashboard

This dashboard is available to every user with the back office role. Which blocks are visible depends on your rights.

The following blocks can bepart of this dashboard:

1. Open to-do's
   This block is always available and shows totals for tasks to be performed in dossiers as well as organizations and assignments to be validated. Clicking on one of the lines opens a new page containing the actions to be performed.
   
   
2. Outstanding alerts
   This block shows all open warnings and alerts created from files. Clicking on the line opens the Alerts screen where you can handle them. This block is always visible.
   
   
3. Unread messages
   This block shows all file communication messages sent to you that you have not yet read. This block is always visible.
   
   
4. Files, processes and activities to be deleted
   This block shows all dossiers and other data that have been prepared for deletion. After clicking on the line you will be taken to a screen where you can confirm the deletion. This block is only available if you have the archivist role.
   
   
5. My coaching groups
   This block shows all the coaching groups to which you are linked as an administrator. Clicking open the line gives you access to pie charts with a status overview. Clicking on the line opens a dossier overview screen for this group. This block is not visible if you do not have the administrator role for any coaching group.
