What actions can I take if there are disasters or incidents?

Create an ‘Event’ for the incident using the ‘Manage events’ button and link students to it.

An event lets you track students who may be affected by a crisis or take appropriate actions.

The link with an event can be seen on the informational tab of the dossier of the student concerned.

You can amend the statuses of students so that it is possible to track what is happening for the student and you can send mailshots (individually or to a group). This could for example be a recall action or simply to provide information.
