As an OnStage Functional Manager, you have access to contact the OnStage Service Desk. More information about our support process and how you can contact us can be found on this page (only available in Dutch).
The people who can contact the OnStage Service Desk must have been notified to us according to our SLA.
The OnStage Service Desk can help you with things such as:
- Investigating any problems that are being experienced
- Answering questions about the capabilities of OnStage
- Turning OnStage options on and off, including reports
- Providing access to the OnStage Manual
- Adding other functional managers to our lists of contacts
- Questions about integrations or imports
- ...and other questions that you may have.
If your institution is still in the process of implementing OnStage, the Service Desk may refer you to your consultant with your question. If this happens, it is because the specific question can be answered better by the consultant as they are still directly involved with your organization, or because an implementation choice needs to be made for this issue.
