There are hours I approved in the log that I don’t see reflected in the dossier

The logbook and OnStage are two separate applications and changes made in the log will therefore not be immediately visible in the OnStage dossier the moment you return. All changes are communicated between the applications through a background task. This can take several minutes to perhaps an hour, depending on how busy our servers are.

If the update takes longer than an hour, you can contact the administrator at the educational institution to find out if anything has gone wrong.
