Keyword searches are based on whole words. If you want to search for part of a word, you must use so-called wildcards.
There are two wildcards that can be used in searches.
- '?', as a replacement for one character
- '*' to replace zero or more characters
For example, with 'h?i' you find 'hi' and 'hi', but not 'hay'.
Or, with 'h*' you will find all words that start with 'h'.
Avoid wildcards at the beginning of search terms, because this makes the search a lot slower
Besides keyword search you can also filter on date, status, type of message and the type of integration used.
