Can I see whether vacancies have been taken up, or indeed been oversubscribed?

Using the menu: There is a screen giving an ‘Uptake summary’. After a search query, this shows the vacancy database, but presenting the placements that have been taken up in a calendar format.

• The calendar covers one year, starting from today’s date. The search period can however be modified.
• If the uptake is greater than the capacity, this is shown as an oversubscription.
• In the vacancy database itself, this uptake summary can also be seen from the details of the vacancies, via an ‘Uptake summary’ tab. This is only visible to people who have the relationship manager role.
