To change organization details or vacancy details, click the organization or the vacancy. This takes you to the Organization details screen or the Vacancy input screen.
You can set the following details for organizations:
- Name and address details
- Checking their work experience accreditation ID number
- Adding and administering contacts
- Administering the status (of each domain)
- Managing vacancies
- Viewing dossiers
- Merging organizations
You can set the following details for vacancies:
- At the top, you can choose to activate or deactivate it.
- The other details can be modified. But please note: when a vacancy is ongoing or when it is reused for a subsequent period, all the changes that you apply will also be applied in the dossiers of the students who have taken up this vacancy.
- Title and description
- Number of places
- Visibility for students
- Starting date and end date
- Study programmes
