Go to the ‘Organizations’ overview screen, where you can select the domain (if necessary) that the organization is active in. Click the ‘Add organization’ symbol at the top right.
- Fill in some of the search fields in the pop-up and press ‘Fetch suggestion'.This screen prevents duplicate entries.
- If the requested organization appears among the suggestions, you can select it and add or change any of its details.
- If not, you can use the ‘Add new organization’ button. Then you fill in the required fields. After entering everything, click ‘Save’. You can include additional information in the details screen that will be displayed after that.
- Do not forget to enter the contacts. The first one is automatically given the role of authorized signatory[TES1] . You have to tick a box to select who has the role of work supervisor yourself. Enter the e-mail address and the form of address for the contact to make sure notifications and mailshots are possible.
