The principal tasks of the coaching group admin involve creating and managing coaching groups. This also includes managing the dossiers (often to deal with exceptional cases).
The study programme’s annual roster determines when and how often you create new coaching groups.
- Assess the correctness and completeness of the placements process (both the preparation phase and the execution phase)
- Assess the associated notifications and mailshots.
- Have the key user or functional manager modify the templates if necessary. The coaching path – which in principle contains the outdated templates – also needs to be updated in that case.
- Create a coaching group
- Check (together with the functional manager or key user, if possible) that the right teachers have been made available for the right study programmes in OnStage. Make them users too.
- Provide information to the students.
- If the study programme works with vacancies (but not in Stagemarkt), get the relationship manager (this can also be yourself) to amend the Vacancy list (possible work placement or graduation places) in OnStage.
