The coordinator role is generally held by the back-office staff member responsible for the educational side of the coaching group as a whole, without them also being the manager of the coaching group within the application. The coordinator is therefore able to view all the dossiers and is the lead coordinator that the student can see in the dossier. Unlike the manager, you are only able to carry out specific steps that have been allocated to your role.
The support staff role is generally held by someone from the practical bureau; this role is intended for helping the manager and coordinator handle the dossiers. The support staff member is therefore able to view all the dossiers. You can carry out the specific steps that have been allocated to the role.
