What are my basic tasks as an educational administrator in OnStage?

You can use the menu and ‘POK validation’ to access the validation screen. This is where all the agreements are kept, ready to be sent to the SIS (Student Information System).

Before you send the data through, however, there are various things you have to check:

• Details of the agreement – what has been filled in
• The accreditation details of the organization offering work experience, including their ID number for doing so
• All the details of the agreement status in both OnStage and the SIS

You can create an export file of the selected agreements.

After checking, you can choose between “Flag selected POKs as irrelevant” (= reject) or “Send selected POKs” (= approve).
