The configuration screen for process templates has various options to choose from (depending on what licence the school has).
-
Type of vacancy: OnStage lets you create separate process templates, coaching groups and vacancies for the following types of vacancy:
- Work placement
- Graduation place
- Working period
- Minor
- Practical assignment
- Study abroad
- Project
- Elective part
- Course
- Study dossier These will only be visible if the school has agreed with Xebic that these types of vacancy should be shown.
-
Process type: A dossier can only be completed if both process types have been gone through.
- Preparation phase: The specific aspect of this is that the steps have to be completed in a fixed sequence. It is possible to flag steps as being eligible for postponement. Matching activities are only available in the preparation phase.
- Execution phase: Activities can be run through in any random order and are therefore opened manually.
- Domain: This is the first level of subdivision within a school. Templates that are created at this level will also only be used within that domain.
- Study programme: This is the second level of subdivision within a school (within the domains). Templates that are created at this level will also only be used within that study programme.
- Including inactive: Old versions of unused templates can be flagged as inactive, to help declutter the overview screen and to reduce confusion. This menu option lets you make them visible.
