Yes you can, as long as you have been given ‘May reopen activities’ rights and the activity type is one of the following:
- Attachment
- Assess
- Visit
- Checklist
- Conversation
- Submitting and assessing
- Milestone
- Note
- Presentation
- Report
In that case, you will see the Reopen button at the bottom of the opened activity:
State the reason for reopening it in the popup that then appears.
The reopened step can be used again. the fact that it was reopened is recorded and a reopened step can be recognized by de reopen icon.
If you do not have these rights, many steps can still be corrected with an optional activity where that has been defined in the process. It is also possible to add an extra activity by using the button at the top right of the dossier and then choosing ‘New activity’.
