With a back-office role (i.e. coordinator or practical bureau employee), you have a different dashboard because of your specific duties, which differ from those of the student or coach. “My overview” on the left gives an overview of:
- Open to-do items such as tasks in dossiers and organizations and vacancies that need validating
- Open alerts (such as notifications about student registrations)
- Unread messages in the dossier communication
The right-hand side gives an overview of all coaching groups that you are linked to.
- If you click the “+” by a coaching group, you see the progress in the group expressed as a pie chart.
- When you click a coaching group, you are shown an overview of all the dossiers.
Your ‘application role‘ is back-office staff member; for each coaching group, you can then be assigned the roles of:
- Coordinator: may view all dossiers but only carry out the designated steps.
- Manager: may view all dossiers and carry out all steps as necessary; can also cancel dossiers or add steps to individual dossiers. Also has the option of carrying out steps for a group (or the entire group).
- Support staff: can only carry out the designated steps.
