The school is asking me to check my students’ hours. How does that work?

When a student has handed in weeks with the hours completed, the details can be found in the ‘Log actions’ tab.

This is an overview showing the students and the weeks submitted with the total number of hours per category. The categories are determined by the study programme.

You can view the details for each week for each student, or simply reject or approve them.

The details let you view the dossier content and reject or approve each individual day.

If a day or week is rejected by you or by the coach at the educational institution, the student will be given the chance to correct the data. Rejection reasons are then visible not only to the student but also to you when the hours are resubmitted after correction.
