Each user can set their individual language setting using the ‘Personal details’ menu. You can get to it by clicking your name in the black bar.
You can choose any of the following languages:
Dutch (NL)
English (UK)
German (DE)
French (FR)
Spanish (ES)
OnStage supports Dutch and English as the application language. If you select French, German or Spanish, you get a message in that language saying that the application language will default to English, but that correspondence with the educational institution may be submitted in that language if desired.
The relationship manager can change the language settings for the users (the contacts).
When notifications and mailshots are being created, the functional manager or key user can use language versions to ensure that the notification or mailshot is automatically sent in the user’s language.
