Each dossier contains documents that are important in terms of the course progress or for obtaining a diploma. These can be checked quickly using the ‘Documents’ tab in the student’s dossier.
- Type the student’s name into the search screen (in the black bar).
- Choose the appropriate student from the options offered and click their name.
- All the documents handed in for that dossier can then be seen in the ‘Documents’ tab.
- From students: e.g. their finalized work placement report (for assessment).
- From assessors: assessment or evaluation forms
- Click the document concerned: a screen showing the content of the document is opened so that the content can be checked.
