What can I see on my dashboard?

The pie charts are for each coaching group. A coaching group is a group of students who are in the same process at the same time, for example all on work placements during the same period. The pie chart segments let you:

• see the progress at a glance, by moving the mouse over that segment.
  • click through quickly to a group of students who are all at the same stage in the process. You can do that by clicking the segment in question:

    • Do a quick check in the bottom diagram (when there are two) to see if various deadlines have passed:

• Access to the reports per coaching group. This is done by clicking one of the two possibilities

• A selection menu is then displayed.
• A lot of reports are available – too many to mention here. A few examples of reports are:

1. Dossiers for each organization: overview of the organization when the students from the selected coaching group are currently placed.
2. Dossiers for each practical coach: how the students in the selected coaching group are distributed across the various teachers.
3. Assessments overview: overview of all completed assessments of the students in the selected coaching group.
4. Coaching group wrap-up.
