This depends on how the staff member details are provided in OnStage.
- If there is an automatic link, the standard details (such as name, e-mail address and so forth) will be transferred into OnStage automatically.
- Without the automatic link, an import from an Excel file containing the data in question is the best alternative. This is done through the Self-Service Portal.
- Without the Self-Service Portal, staff members can be added manually under ‘Basic data’ > ‘Staff members’.
It is also possible that not all the rights will have been assigned correctly by an automatic link. You almost always have to state what role the new member of staff will get and for which study programmes, under ‘Basic data’ > ‘Staff members’.
There is a separate ‘Staff configuration’ screen where you can define which details can be modified in the said screen and which cannot.
