The solution depends on exactly which message you got:
- If your username and password are not being accepted, you can reset your password.
- If you can log in but then get a message from OnStage saying that you are not authorized, please speak to your contact for the educational institution. They will be able to restore your access rights.
- If OnStage says that it is temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, you will be able to try again later.
- It is also possible that the network administrator or IT administrator at your organization has blocked OnStage. You can tell this from the message saying you have no access to the web page, or a ‘404 error’ may be shown. You can then ask your network administrator or IT administrator to allow https://onstage.xebic.com on your network.
OnStage will never be blocked by an Internet provider. We use a secure connection for access, as you can tell from the fact that the Internet address begins with ‘https’. An extra setting may be required for some networks to permit this.
