The principal tasks of the key user are creating and managing process templates.
The study programme’s annual roster determines when and how often the processes are evaluated and modified. Follow the steps below for each placement/graduation process:
- Evaluate the process templates (for the preparation phase and the execution phase) for correctness and completeness (with all the various people involved).
- Modify the template, i.e. make a copy and edit that.
- Assess the e-mail templates and checklists
- Modify the coaching path (this does not have to be copied first or recreated)
- Make any changes to the manuals provided for students and teachers.
In addition to the activities directly for the placement and graduation processes, the following are points that the key user must pay attention to (although this can vary from school to school):
- Perform any maintenance and if necessary update the staff data
- Make any necessary changes to the configuration for the characteristics of vacancies, organizations and contacts, and log use.
