OnStage needs popups to be available if it is to work properly. This is therefore checked by OnStage straight after you log in for the first time.
If popups are blocked, you will see a special page explaining how you can turn off popup blocking for each supported browser. After you have done this, you can proceed to OnStage.
It is possible that your network administrator or IT administrator may have blocked people from changing this setting so that it can only be done centrally and not for each individual PC. If so, ask your network administrator or IT administrator to allow popups for https://onstage.xebic.com.
