To ask for a new password, you can go to the application’s login page. The address of that page depends on the application and on whether your organization uses SURF, Kennisnet or Identity.
- Click the text saying “Forgot your password?” underneath the ‘Login’ button.
- This will take you to the page where you can request a new password. Enter your username here and click ‘Send’.
- The new password will be sent to the e-mail address that is associated with the given username.
- If you have forgotten your username, you can contact our Service Desk. They will then be able to ask for a new password for you.
- After logging in with your new password, you can change the password again by choosing ‘Change password’ in the user options. These options will appear as soon as you click your name, at the top right of the screen.
