This depends on the choices that have been made in the step-by-step plan. There are several options:
- A simple upload action by the student: you can then download the document they have uploaded from the appropriate step in the dossier.
- Feedback or an assessment directly in the dossier: you can then read the document on the screen in the same step, add comments to it and evaluate it. When this is done, the assessment can be given in the same step (on an assessment form if needed) or in a subsequent step. It is also possible in this variant that you – as a user – may be part of a two-person review process as either the assessor or consolidator.
- Feedback or an assessment in the dossier, but only through a download. You can then download the document. You can then upload a commented version of the document and/or place your comments in a text box. Then you can give back the assessment or feedback. Choose between ‘Complete’ (the step is completed and the process can continue) or ‘Adjustments/more details required’ (the step is reloaded for the student, who can now resubmit).
The instructions for the coach (or the student too) are often in the instruction field.
If you are in the reviewer role, it is also possible that you may see the results of a plagiarism scan. Whether this option is available depends on the settings applied by your educational institutions.
