You can send mailings from:
Your dashboard:

- Select one or more students
- In the top of the screen the "Mail" action becomes available:
A dossier:

- In the ‘Activities’ tab, you click on the "Mail" button in the top right.
In both cases, you will now see the same pop-up.
You state here which role or roles you want to send the e-mail to.
You can choose here between sending a 'Quick' customized e-mail and using the ‘Detailed’ tab to send an e-mail based on a standard e-mail template.
After selecting the standard e-mail template, you still have the option of modifying the text.
If you want to send an e-mail using a template but cannot find a suitable e-mail template, contact a key user or functional manager. They can make an e-mail template for you.
All mailings are stored in the student’s dossier.
